Having severe pain in lower right abdomen & upper abdominal bloating...

I'd been seen by my military dr's due to very heavy periods, sharp pain & cramping, fatigue, some blood in stool, etc...I'd already been diagnosed with diverticulosis & adhesions (dr. told me mild but had written it up as moderate) They sent me for a pelvic CT scan, which had shown a mass highly suspicious for malignancy...which was a little scary because I have alot of breast/colon cancers in my family... and they called within an hour and had set me up with an ob/gyn appt for the next day. The ob/gyn was really great and said she suspected adenomyosis due to a very enlarged uterus, did a total abdominal hysterectomy about 3 months ago which confirmed adenomyosis and she also said there had been endometriosis on the diverticulae, which she left because she was afraid of damaging my colon. I was really doing great until last night, when I started having extremely sharp pains in my lower right side. I'm wondering if it sounds like it might be the endo flaring up or something I need to go back in for. I've had alot of upper abdominal bloating, whether it's a small meal or even just a glass of water...I'd hoped because my uterus had been enlarged, it was just pressure from that...but it's still hurting, bloating & feels bruised inside, even after the hysterectomy. I would appreciate any ideas at all. Thanks in advance.
