Your uterus is moderately enlarged, and a 3.5cm fibroid can certainly cause heavy and/or irregular bleeding. Bloating seems to be a common symnptom as well in this situation. The stripe is not bad for a hormonally intact woman at midcycle. I am not sure what the intervention comment means.
