Hi, Sometime cysts on the ovaries and uterus can cause pain during intercourse. Sometimes womens' muscles contract when they orgasm, and this causes pain occassionally. If this only happens once and does not happen again, then don't worry about it. If it continues to occur, your girlfriend should see her doctor.

I wholeheartedly commend your girlfriend for being on birth control and you for using condoms!!! You're an awesome example for people out there! It is wonderful of you to be so worried about her. Sounds like you two are a good couple. Good job! Take care, Maggie
