Pain after intercourse....concerned, please help! Reply: Maggie: "Re: Pain after intercourse....concerned, please help!" My girlfriend recently experienced pain about midway between her navel and vagina immediately after intercourse. It was the first time she had ever felt anything like it before. She said it felt like a huge amount of pressure was being placed on her insides. The pain didn't last long, but it hurt her a lot, more so than cramping from her menstraul cycle. She is on birth control and takes it as directed. We use condoms, and there has never been an occurance where ejaculate has been deposited inside of her. I withdrawl before I ejaculate, even when condoms are being used. I was just wondering what could have caused the pain. I'm a worried boyfriend right now. Thank you in advance for you answer.
