[Birth Control] Yasmin birth control pill

My gynocologist gave me a new birth control pill called Yasmin, because I told him I didn't want weight gain. I did some research online about it and most women reported that there was no weight gain, but a side effect they did experience was horrible acne. I haven't started Yasmin yet, but now I'm worried because of the risk of bad acne. Does this happen in all Yasmin users? Also, I read that Yasmin tends to raise the level of potassium in the body, which can lead to heart or kidney problems. How great is that risk? I have no health problems, but is the raised potassium level something I should be concerned about?
