Just a thought. You might want to consider seeing a Gastrointerologist. I am having the same similiar bowel problems, only with out the other stuff you have been having. Unfortunately, the Gi doc said the only way to tell for sure what is going on it to have a Colonoscopy done.. which I am going for next week :(

See your dr and discuss this matter and get a referral for a GI doc. Hope this helps and that you get to feeling better.
