LEEP results

I recently got a copy of my surgical pathology report from LEEP procedure. The results show no significant problems, but I am having persistent worsening symptoms (more bleeding with intercourse everytime and bleeding 14 days of a 28 day cycle), for which I have made an appointment with my doctor. Upon reading the pathology report I am wondering whether in fact both samples the Dr. provided from the LEEP were analyzed. During the LEEP, I saw the samples - he took a cone biopsy and then took tissue from the canal. Under "Gross Description" it reads: "the specimen container contains a cone biopsy of cervix ...Also received are two irregular pieces of tan soft tissue measuring 1.5 X1x.3 cm and 1.8x.5x.3cm. No orientation was given." Under Microscopic Description:"Sections of the LEEP cone biopsy shows focal squamous metaplasia involvoing the transformation zone. The transformation zone shows focal fibrosis with chronic inflammation and hemosiderin pigment deposition consistent with previous biospy site." The diagnosis section reads: CERVICAL LEEP BIOPSY: -CERVICAL MUCOSA, NO SIGNIFICANT HISTOPATHOLOGY -NO EVIDENCE OF PREVIOUS CIN LESION

Does that pathology report report on the endocervical sample (which I believe is the tan soft tissue mentioned above)?
