Hi Adrienne,

I've not heard of a tilted cervix, but have heard of a tilted uterus. If it is a tilted (keep wanting to type titled!! LOL) uterus, that can be very normal. If you have adhesions (from previous surgery in the area, endometriosis, etc.), it can pull your uterus in a different position. Check the archives for more information on a tilted uterus.

Your uterus could be enlarged from fibroids or adenomyosis (endometriosis within the muscle of the uterus). Before you worry, wait and see what the ultrasound shows.

Hope this helps.
