Post-menopause preg.

My wife told me to post this. About a year and a half ago my wife began her menopause. She quit having periods, began having hot flashes, and a Doctor told her she was through having children. No big deal. She is 51. A few weeks ago, right after Christmas, she had a period, full flow for a couple days, 4 or 5 days maybe. She doesn't want to go to the doctor about this. Here is my question. Can she become pregnant? She won't let me cum inside her fearing pregnancy. What are the actual risks of pregnancy. We do not use any other form of Birth Control. Any relevant info will be appreciated.

Thanks
