Have a question for you. Anything other than bouts of pain in your lower right abdomen? Reason why I am asking is cause I had appendectomy / adhesion removal for LRQ pain (x 1 year) in Nov 00, then went back into OR for Unilateral Oopherectomy (right side) Dec 01. Pain has not gone away and dr has sent me to a GI doc whom I see in a few days. Could be something else. Have you called your MD?
