I would definitely seek another opinion!!
Cysts can be painful. Also, your enlarged uterus could mean that you have
Adenomyosis and/or Endometriosis.
I would certainly think that cysts,fibroids, and an enlarged uterus would
call for a laparoscopy AND biopsy to figure out the problem(s).
I hope you get some help soon with someone more considerate and willing to
put your mind at ease by doing the proper investigations.
