Specimen Adequacy: Satisfactory for Evaluation Endocervical / Transformation Zone Component Present Category: Epithelial Cell Abnormality Diagnosis: Atypical Squamous Cells (ASCUS) , Favor LSIL. Hormone: Hormonal Evaluation not given due to specimen source. Recommendation: Follow up of this abnormal result is indicated with in 4 weeks What exactly does this mean and is it serious?
