Ovarian Mass

I am 30 years old and was diagnosed with Endometriosis in 1996. At that time I had my appendix along with my left ovary and fallopian tube removed. They removed a grapefruit size cyst and attempted to remove all other endo and scar tissue.

This past December I ended up in the ER with a kindey stone. At that time a CAT scan was done. They informed me I now have a solid mass 2.5"x2.5" on my remaining ovary. I have been to see a gyno who agreed that a total hysterectomy would be acceptable at this point. It is what I want. I have resolved with the fact that a biological child is not in my future and just want to be pain free. This gyno has now decided that she would rather I see a Gyno-Onc. I am ok with this other than the fact that I am having a hard time getting into one. I live in the Kansas City area and only have one of them on my provider list for my insurance. I am trying to be patient.

I have had intermittent pelvic pain for some time, but now I have some very strange symptoms as well. I am itching constantly. I have no visible rash other than some slight hives on my arms. I have not changed soaps recently so I don't think I am allergic to anything. My face frequently seems hot and sometimes my eyes feel pasty and swollen. I am wondering if this could have anything to do with this mass. I am also having very annoying intestinal problems which are becoming more frequent. I have cramping and diahrrea on nearly a daily basis. I would appreciate any thought at all on this.
