I don't know of anyone in New Mexico, but if you do a search under endometriosis specialists, you will find a list that I have posted several times in the past. As for a specialist in Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis, see a Rheumatologist. The Rheumatologist may be able to help manage your pain, or s/he could refer you to a Pain Clinic. Most pain clinics require a referral from another MD. Hope this helps. Robin
