I have a feeling your Dr. was telling you you have Fibrocystic Breast Disease....It really is not a disease...it is just fibrocystic breasts. Many women have this, and there is nothing you can really do except cutting out caffeine, and a few other things. Look in the archives under Fibrocystic breasts, and you will find information. Also, look in the archives for the breast health forum, as you will probably find a lot there.
