Is that still true in your fourth cycle? If so, you might consider a pill change.

That's one of the helpful benefits of the pill.

If they're worse since starting the pill, you should call the person who prescribed the pill tomorrow to discuss the matter.

If you haven't missed a pill, pregnancy is not likely. Light periods on the pill are normal. Nausea is also a common pill side effect, although it usually goes away after the third pack is finished.

Please call your gynecological health care provider to discuss the headaches and nausea and unexpected bleeding.
