Hi I have been dx with endo since Sept of 2001. It was my second laporocopy that dx me and since than my doc. has been treating my on lupron depot. Is this safe? What do you think of it? I have got four injections of it so far and have two more to go. He is also treating me with prempro estrogen with it. Everything seems to working some what, I do in deed have a lot less pain. Except for occasionally through out the month I get a severe pain. What are the major outcomes side effects of Lupron Depot? Is it more of a health risk for being 22 years old and basically putting myself in pre-menopause? The shot makes me feel a bit dizzy at first and than I start to feel okay. But I bleed more a month now than i did when I was taking birth control. And since endo grows while bleeding am I doing myself more harm than good?
