After several yeast infections, my GYN tested me for diabetes using a Hemoglobin A1 test. It was my thought that diabetes is check for using the glucose tolerance test and that the Hemoglobin A1 is used in diabetics monitoring their diabetes control. Did my doctor perform the proper test on me for diabetes? Christine
