Fibroids can cause this problem, but, depending on your age and the impressions of your doc, an endometrial biopsy is the "gold standard" to ensure that you don't have a problem. A D&C 2 years ago is good, but the luster has worn off a bit. Assuming that you are over 30, I would probably do the EMB just to be sure.
