I doubt that it is anything bad. It sounds like it is likely what is called folliculitis. This is a common irritation of a hair follicle in the region of the vagina. It is my guess that you have some hair in the region or at least are beginning to and this would explain the symptoms. If this is the case, it is nothing to worry about. Just leave the things alone and don't try to squeeze them like a pimple. If they begin to bother, you can soak in a warm tub... Lynn
