I am a mother of 3 and the only other times I have experienced this is when I was pregnant. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed my breasts were tender, then they became very sore, then about a week ago, I noticed that I could feel milk ducts all throughout my breasts, and last night the appearance of colostrum.
