Apart from the expected and advised after affects I have found that my labido has dropped to almost zero. My partner and I enjoyed a very healthy sex life prior to my operation and I desperately want to get back to "normal". My partner is exceptionally understanding and never pursues the issue but I am getting more and more frustrated and feel that it is thoroughly unfair!!.
