[Birth Control] Orthotricyclin dilemma

I am on my first pack of orthotricyclin and have started my period a week before i'm supposed to. Do I take the pills like usual even though I am having my period now? And what do I do with the seven placebo pills?? Do I take them as regularly scheduled even though i will no longer by on my period during that week or do I just skip them and start the new orthotricyclin pack?

Any advice is appreciated.
