It could be a pimple or ingrown hair. If you have had oral sex or had contact between your genitals and another person's, you could have an STD, even if you haven't had anyone's penis inside your vagina. (These days, different people consider themselves virgins in different situations). If you might be at risk for an STD, please get checked.
