I would start a day early, as avoiding a long pill-free interval is most important. There should be a sticker in your pack that allows you to re-label the "Sunday" as "Saturday" so that you can easily keep track of your pills. Directions for doing so are attached to the sticker. If you have difficulty, or can't find the sticker, ask your pharmacist (even if you didn't get the pills from the drug store). Alternately, you can start on Sunday, but use a backup method for that cycle.
