Looks like unrelated to the DepoProvera, you have fibroid(s) and
possibly polyps. Neither of these should be responsive to progesterone
(DepoProvera). I have no idea what ?prosterin? is so cannot comment on
that. With the abnormal bleeding so common with Depo, it can frustrate
the patient and the doctor. Sometimes, the only way to counteract the
exaggerated effects of the Depo is to add estrogen such as Premarin, to
even out the unbalanced effect of just one hormone.
