Early in the month, pregnancy is not too likely. If you vomited up your pill last night, just take two today to make up for it.

Hope this helps and write back anytime for more information.

>Hi, I have a question about the birth control pill.  Last night, I took the second pill in my 28-day Tri-cyclen pack.  However, about fifteen minutes later I felt really sick and vomited.  I didn't even think about it and went to sleep.  Then, in the morning I had sex with my boyfriend without using a backup contraceptive.  I'm wondering how worried I should be about pregnancy and whether I should consider using emergency contraceptive.  I have heard that the most dangerous time to miss pills is at the beginning of a pack, so I'm a little scared.  I would appreciate some advice.
