Migraines found in pregnancy alone are hormonally related. It's a
combination of hormone changes and blood vessels being affecting by
them. There is no medically cleared herbal therapy for migraines in
pregnancy that I'm aware of. My patients with migraines have been on
Vicodin and some who have had migraines prior to pregnancy and were
helped by Prozac, were continued on them. Best wishes with the
neurologist.
Hope this helps and write back anytime for more information.
