you did -- in bold red at the top of hte posting page you are asked to check the archives first --- and your question has been answered multiple times. All of us docs who answer questions here have full time practices and families and someone like Robin, who reminds you to check the archives, does us a valuable service and allows us to take the time to answer new questions. Now that I've wasted time explaining this for the hundreth time, I'll try to get to a few more questions -- at the expense of spending time with my own daughter.
