I am glad to hear you were not upset. You are welcome for the answer.
I can tell you in my individual case, even on OCP's, I sometimes skipped
periods. This can be very normal for women on OCP's. It is my
understanding the lining of the uterus doesn't become as thick in women
on OCP's, so there isn't much, if any, to shed.
Stress can still affect a woman on OCP's and cause changes in the
cycle...it did for me.
