It might be in your sisters best interest to get tested for pregnancy BEFORE she takes anymore pills. Since her last period was in November, and she has missed pills, there is a chance she could be pregnant, not saying she is for sure. Health departments offer free or income based eligibility pregnancy tests, counseling and even paps. If she has no income, then it will probably be of no cost to be seen. I believe she can get screened for STD's without Moms permission :) Good luck, hope things go well for her. I know Depo-Provera isnt for everyone, but if she has difficulties in trying to remember to take the pill, maybe the shot would be a more reliable form of birth control: just a suggestion.
