Wouldn't be a bad idea for you to go see a gynecologist about the bumps around your vulva. The bump on your thing might be a boil. They can be caused from many different things. You can try an antibacterial soap and some antibacterial cream (like neosporin). Just be careful to not get the neosporin on any mucous membranes. You can cover with a band-aid.

The cramping and back ache are normally felt during mensturation. You can try some Midol or Motrin to relieve some of the discomfort. If you are overly concerned about the discomfort you are having, discuss it with a GYN.
