A Sonogram Question...

Next week I'm suppose to go in for a pelvic sonogram cause my doctor wants to make sure every thing is ok. I'm suppose to drink some where between 4 to 5 maybe even 6 gallons of water 1 hour before the sonogram is actually performed. My question is this I think I might be pregnant and the implantation might be taking place around the same time I'm due for the sonogram.

Would this procedure possibly harm my baby or even cause me to miscarry especially with all the water I have to drink?

Would this procedure interfere with a proper implantation?
