I have a tilted uterus, and was able to get pregnant and carry 3 babies to term. I dont think a tilted uterus or retroverted has anything to do with being infertile (someone please jump in if I am wrong). As far as I know, spotting is considered a normal occurnace as the time of ovulation. If I am wrong on that, someone will jump in :) Happy Holidays!
