Is this based solely on an exam or have you had surgery to evaluate your pelvis? Endo can only be diagnosed definitively through surgery. Also, have you had blood work done specifically for PCOS? If you didn't have a period for a year, and have been annovulatory for three years, maybe they need to send you to a Reproductive Endocrinologist (RE) to evaluate you further. When you say your blood work was okay, what type of blood work was done? Was this the finger stick alone? Ask for a referral to an RE. Sounds like you need a more thorough workup. Good luck! Robin
