Dear doctor, I am 38 years old. Last month, I had miscarrige (my first baby)and did D&C at 15 weeks since my baby did not develop after 9 weeks. I have big fibroid around 8*8*9(cm) before I was pregnant and it is in the uterine wall but protruding to the cavity. I do not know if my miscarrige caused by fibroid or something else. It looks like I am easy to get pregnant since my miscarred pregnacy was my first try. Now what is next for me? Some doctors suggested to try again. Some told me better to remove the fibroid first. But I heard after removing fibroid, there is 20-30% women can not conceive forever. I really want a baby at least one. But I really do not want to go through miscarrige again. And I want to have a healthy baby. What are your recommendations? dear doctors. Give me any thoughts you have. Appreaciated. Help me out! If I have to chose surgery, what could be my options?I hear several of ways of surgeries. Anybody could refer a best fibroid surgeon in central Nj area.
