There are women that have gotten pregnant immediately after coming off the Pill. So, I would say you can ovulate after stopping OCP's.

There is a book that is talked about quite frequently on this and the other OBGYN.net boards. It is by Toni Welchler (sp?), and the title is, Take Charge of Your Fertility. Check the archives for more information.
