Some people get symptoms, some do not....it is very individual.

As you probably found when you looked through the archives, it is best to wait one full cycle before discontinuing the alternate form of contraception. If you don't want to get pregnant (and I am assuming you do not or you wouldn't be on the pill), then continue with the back up method of contraception through this pack. The package insert may say okay after seven days, but if you don't want to get pregnant, why risk it?!?
