The symptoms you describe are progestagen related, not estrogen. Alesse also has less progestin in it. If I were going to recommend switching a person who had these symptoms, ti would be to Yasmin. The progestin in it is totally diferent than the progestin in any other pill. It has a slight diuretic effect to help the bloating.
