Post BSO hormone needs

I had TAH, BSO, Burch and rectocele repair Monday evening, left recovery approx. 9:30 PM (so they told me - I don't remember anything except a drastic need to pee which they tell me wasn't real cause I had a catheter. They must of been right cause pyridium took care of that.). Uneventful recovery, motivated to get home to my own bed so extremely compliant and produced a wopping amount of urine with no residual so they let me go home Wed evening. (and I didn't cheat, just stacked the deck a little) (This may be rather scrambled - I am drugged) Tues morning they put .05 climara patch on my shoulder. Today, Thurs., I am experiencing very mild warm periods with a slight sense of being moist. I have always thought that a hot flash would be so dramatic that I would have no trouble recognizing one. Temp 99.3, no bleeding, continuing to pee w/o difficulty, first bm easy with colace and prune juice, gas controlled with simethicone. So, question: Is this a hot flash, will I settle down on this estrogen dose, do I need to let gyn know or is ok to wait for 4 week visit (hubby has to work tomorrow so he'll take the staples out before he leaves and I won't see gyn offic until early Jan). I think my recovery may be rapid ( hubby says it will make gyn's DRG's (?) look good? so I have absolutely no complaints, just to stay on top of things (as best I can taking vicosomething - I think I had to retype every third word. This desk chair is the most comfortable thing in the house but its time to go back to bed am getting med-fuzzy again.) Oh yes, - age 50 TAH for adenomyosis
