I have read a book by Elizabeth Vliet, MD and she uses Ovcon 35 all the time as it as the least amount of side effects (she feels). She does say that if you have breakthru bleeding with Ovcon 35---you may want to switch to Modicon as it has just a tad more progestin in it.
