You would continue with the next pack of pills. It can take about 3 months to adjust to the pill, but if you are absolutely concerned about this then you need to contact your dr to see what their thought is on this. I hope that this is helpful on that issue. Also, I took Mircette for almost 2 years from the time that it came out in July 1998.
