[Birth Control] vaginal bump

i am confused today as i was showerin i noticed a bump on the outside of
the right side of my vagina it is a little sore, i would like to know if
it is a ingrown hair of some sort i kno it is not an std because i am a
virgin i am a little worried i thought it might be a pimple is that
possible? please help!!
