[Birth Control] uterus measuring small at 16 weeks

I saw my OB today and she said that my uterus was measuring too small for me to be 16 weeks. Is this something to be concerned about? (I've seen answers that go both ways on this subject.) We're doing an ultrasound to check everything out, but I'm worrying about this in the meantime. I have asthma and allergies and have been taking meds for these (with dr. permission); could this cause a problem that would relate to the small uterus? Also, I've noticed a darkening of my urine along with stomach cramps and lower back aches. What causes these symptoms? Thanks for any help!
