During this time, I have had breakthrough bleeding (4-5 days in middle of cycle)almost every month. The extra bleeding is actually heavier than my period. When I saw my GYN about it before, I hadn't yet been on Ovcon for 3 mon. so he said to wait and see if it stopped. I don't vary more than 30 min on taking my pill, and I still have the extra bleeding. He said if it continued then he could put me on Ovcon 50. Should that change really stop the extra bleeding?
