Twins are dose dependent, but so is ovulation. If you are not ovulating at 50, then I am not sure that you have a higher risk of twins at 100 than someone else who ovulates at 50. Certainly, someone who ovulates at 50 is more likely to hyper stim their ovaries at 100.
