I for one did lose, but I have another medical problem that can cause weight loss, so I am not one to go by. I think it was said that approximately 40% (check the archives on this, please) will bleed while on DP. I did not bleed at all, except for a couple of days of very light spotting. I was on it for one year. Since coming off, it is a different story. When I finally got my period back, it was, and is, coming every other week!! It is probably hard to say how your body will react.
