It is different for everyone. I didn't have a period for three months once I received my first injection (took it for Endometriosis). When I missed my fourth injection, the very next day (I was in the hospital for something unrelated), I started bleeding. Some women bleed continously. Lupron increases the Estrogen level for the first couple of weeks or so.
