I can't help with the cystocele and rectocele repair (although my Mother had both done 18 months ago, and she said the pain was pretty severe...she doesn't handle a cold well, so that may tell you something ;o)...), but have had adhesions lysed several times. Ask your MD to be generous with the Interceed. I had the lysis of adhesions done one year ago next week, and I am doing extremely well. I haven't had any of the adhesion pain I had prior to the surgery, and it was quite debilitating prior to surgery. Granted, I looked like one big piece of Interceed, but it seems to have worked very well this time. My tubes and ovaries were wrapped in Interceed, and several other areas too.
