Does this mean I have fibroids?

Hi,

I picked up the results to my U/S and I am very concerned as the tech said all looked good. Here is what they found:

FINDINGS:

The uterus is retroverted and measures 7.3 by 4.4 by 4.7 cm. The echo pattern is heterogeneous, consistent with intramural fibroids. Two nabothian cysts were identified.

The ovaries are unremarkable. Free fluid is identified in the cul de sac.

Now, I always knew I had a retroverted uterus, and I have had nabothian cysts before...but this fibroids has got me shaking...does that mean I have fibroids...as it said 'consistent with intramural fibroids'? Now will I need a hysy as I had an ablation almost two years ago and it is going well...no one ever 'felt' my uterus had fibrods during pelvic exams...where do I go from here...an MRI perhaps? I am sad... :(
